There was a recall on my vehicle. When I called in the fall, they told me it might get canceled in October. When I confirmed after the first of the year that it had not been canceled, I called to make an appointment to have the part replaced. I was told to hold while they could check to see if it was in stock and it supposedly was. When I got there the day and time of my appointment I was told that was it not in stock. It couldn’t even be ordered until mid April

My car has been with Rainbow Dodge Jeep for over 4 MONTHS now. They have not reached out to me not one time in the 4 month span to update me of the progress. Ive had to call every. Single time. And I get the same answer every time. Oh the “warranty company wants us to find the point of failure and our head mechanic has been on vacation.” Thats a long vacation. Tires had to be replaced, and the windshield had a Crack I couldn't see!
Dealership has been great,there trying there best to fix the issue with The constant stalling out and ABS Stability control light coming on and killing engine , they have changed out several parts and now Stellantis and the dealership are working hand in hand to figure out the issues after multiple parts have been changed under warranty and still my 2024 Ram 1500 eTourque 3.6 still sitting in shop with only 7900 miles on a brand new truck! Chris really helped us out whilst in a financial bind. He got us into a clean, safe and reliable car with good gas mileage and a manageable monthly note. Helped me sign up for gap coverage which is a huge plus.
Only downside is I wished they had taken off the descriptive dealer posters from the passenger window. They’re giving me a free detail so when the rains stops I’ll be back.

Rainbow Jeep/Dodge/ram dealer in Covington Louisiana Is just fantastic. This is our fifth vehicle to buy from them and we would not go anywhere else even with the market as it is. Their sales and service and even financing is the best! Mark, Cody and Debra are so professional and personable. Service dept personnel are attentive and Debra, service manager is so organized and great.

Skyler Granier was the best experience at a dealership that we’ve ever had. Professional ,experienced, polite and concerning. He took a lot of his time showing us the functions and perks of the truck we purchased. I would look for him every time and refer him to everyone that’s looking for a new vehicle.. I did not interact with Conner, Lee, or Mark, but Cody in finance was awesome also.

I've bought my last 6 Ram Trucks from Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Owner, manager, salesmen, and service are all top notch. Dealership is well maintained too.
Couldn’t even get my service done. When I made the appointment a week again made sure to tell them I only had so much time to wait. They assured me it would be done in the allotted time. Of course when I show up for the appointment that timeframe is not possible. I understand people come in unannounced but they should honor the appointments they set. Not the first time having issues with the service center. They once kept my truck all day literally 9 hours to do a software update.
Quick service, which was much needed when we unexpectedly had to bring all the kids! Hannah was a joy to work with as well.

Horrible buying experience. Sold me a vehicle with engine issues. Said they'd repair the issue. Kept the vehicle for several days only to repair nothing. Kept the vehicle for several more days. Offered to pay first payment, but that didn't happen. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

We bought a Jeep grand Cherokee 4 XE last April. The air condition started to work sometimes and not work at other times. We brought it in to your service department and Adam was wonderful. He explained to us that there is a glitch in the system and they fixed it in about 20 minutes. He told us there’s no permanent fix for it yet, but they would accommodate us as best they could. This place is always clean and quiet. A very quick and reliable place for service. Love the friendly staff as well.
Although it took quite a while, this dealership kept its word and provided me with a vehicle to use while my jeep was in the shop. It’s been a couple of weeks and my jeep is performing well.

I’ve had very few positive experiences here, some people are super nice and helpful but the bulk are rude and not helpful. That being said, the bigger problem seems to be Stellantis. Due to the issues we have we will not be getting a jeep when this lease ends.

Following the sale of the truck. No one wanted to stand behind their word. We were told the paperwork would be at the courthouse within 10 days. It took 21 days and multiple calls to get the paperwork sent to the courthouse. We also were given a generic key that was not keyed to our truck, and we had to argue in order to get a second key after we proved the first key given to us was generic and not keyed. They are overpriced and honestly can’t diagnosis anything well.. it’s sad they are the only choice on the north shore.. I had to just order the parts myself (after correctly diagnosing ) their $2500 fix cost me $125 and about an hour of work.

My Durango was running extremely poor. Brian was extremely helpful when getting my Durango repaired along with utilizing my power train warrarty. Alway pleased with the service department at Rainbow. My Durango has just about 190,000 miles on it and it's still going strong, largely due to the service department at Rainbow.

I bought a $90k Ram 1500 in 2022 and brought it to Ram for a tire rotation and balancing in 2023. Since then the truck vibrates like crazy once I get over 70mph. They tried balancing the tires like 4 times (which all required me to drop the truck off for the entire day with no rental) and eventually deemed all 4 tires as "bad". They sound great until you get to finance and the Rainbow Package’ is added. It is mandatory because *choke* *sob* *cry* we can’t sell the car for the advertised price because we will lose money!
